Jatinder Kapur’s responsibilities at The Ashok Hotel included developing a comprehensive long term training strategy in conjunction with the Hotel’s Strategic Plan and work with Department Heads to put required structures in place to fulfil those training needs.
He ensured review of departmental training procedures and work with departmental leaders and trainers to update the same and ensure consistency.
He excelled in his task of conducting training classes as per the training schedule & to coordinate and track all group training within the hotel, including all internal training programs. He has good experience of working with outside agencies as required to provide specialized training services.
We have received excellent feedback from the employees and management regarding the training intervention and the training programs, seminars and classes undertaken.
Certain Key Result Areas were identified and training undertaken as per the parameters against benchmarks of competitor hotels, fixing performance goals with agreed timeframes.
Mystery Visit Audits were also conducted to gauge the training process.
