Life Coaching & Mentoring

Life Coaching: Clarity to Success

Do you have someone in your life who will support and encourage you without judging you? That’s exactly what a Life Coach provides! If you are overstressed, stuck in a job you hate, not sure of your next step, then a Life Coach may be just what you need.
We can all use a coach at various times in our lives to encourage and support us, helping us to become the best we can be. Individual coaching sessions are usually in one to one coaching sessions but you may also phone your coach to make scheduling easier and removing the need for any travelling.

Why have a coach?

  • your life is unbalanced
  • your life is too busy
  • you are going through a transitional time
  • you can’t get organised
  • you need a new direction
  • you are having difficulty making decisions
  • you are having difficulty setting goals and/or meeting them

What is your goal ?
A group of Harvard graduates were asked how many of them had written goals and action plans for their achievement.
3% had clearly defined goals
13% had unwritten goals
84% had no goals in any shape or form
A 10 year follow up showed that 3% who had written goals were ten times more successful than the other 97% who had not !!!

Star 2 Success Life Coaching :

Your Star 2 Success Life Coach will ask a lot of questions, listen intently, provide advice and feedback as necessary, assisting you to resolve problems and implement changes to achieve your goals. A coach will ask exactly what you want to change and then help you stay focussed on what you want to achieve.
Star 2 Success Life coaching deals with devising action plans towards specific goals; it does not require looking at the past or discussing emotional issues, it simply focuses on where you are and where you want to be and helps provide a bridge from one to the other.

Our Life Coaches are experienced, intuitive and incredibly perceptive when it comes to human behaviour; their quick business mind means you get great value.

Coaching & Mentoring

We all know that staff are the biggest investment that a company has, but they are often the asset that receives the lowest amount of ‘care and attention’

Coaching and Mentoring services aim to redress this balance and provide your key
people with practical coaching that is relevant to their roles as well as focused mentoring to help them plan and manage their careers.

Coaching and mentoring are clearly related services, but there are some key differences:

  • Coaching focuses on job based, practical coaching to assist staff with better short term performance, while mentoring assists staff with longer term development focused on career rather than job
  • Coaching resources can be ‘assigned’ to individuals, but mentors have to be ‘chosen’ by the mentee

Coaching and Mentoring service focuses on the leadership, career, organizational development, and strategy issues facing employees ranging from line management to senior executives. Our service provides a secure, confidential means for employees to receive personal coaching and direction by industry professionals who have walked in their shoes, gain insights on leadership, learn best practices, and keep up to date with career trends.
